If they're required to participate in a physical fight however, they will rely on their inventions or others to do the job. The members of the HIM will most likely be the first to react, as they are trained to do so. These dragons are very cooperative, resourceful and will swarm their opponent to quickly secure dominance. Dream Corp Operate with highly organised composition. The data keeper, the glue that binds every components of the organization together. Without these dragons to handle the paperwork and diplomatic as well as economic issues, this conglomerate would've been crumbling down since the first day. The monochrome dragons are known to be shrewd, manipulative and professionally executive at work. They constantly shift back and forth, working and collecting datas from other clans for who knows what. They can be assigned almost any job requiring collecting and working with data, researcher, lawyers, salesman, businessman, spies...

Section 1 (Right wing): This is the first things that greet you when you step into the place: the chloric smell , the sudden drops of temperature, and perhaps the distance sound of someone screaming in agony echoing through the icy walls. Oh but one thing for sure is that you won't get any deadly diseases floating around, because as much as the Coldblooded are coldblooded, they care about lab safety. Notes on story: They are definitely the mage/medic/support class. They are under the service of the monochromes who are beneath the behest of The Pampered themselves. They are the torturers to the monochrome’s executioner.They are the analysts/R&D scientists and doctors of the entire syndicate.

Section 2 (left wing): The Pampered resides here, their main priority is no other than to enjoy life, thus, they choose the top section where the sun shines warmly so they can enjoy their wines, go on ball room dances, engaging in otherworldly activity. Notes on story: The Pampered are the money that fuels the criminal operation. The most hands off of the groups, they don’t get their hands dirty, maybe. They contracted the two other groups. They are solely interested in their hedonism and their power comes from their wealth rather than influential power (like the monochromes.)

Section 3 (Underground): This place isn’t as cold as the floor above but it isn’t better either. Penumbra's territory is consisted of complex underground routes, bunkers and secret entrances, and the dim fluorescent light wouldn’t be able to help much. It’s the same down there whether it’s daytime or night - silent and cryptic. There will always be something moving at the corner of your eyes. Story notes: They are the dark heart of the organization. The middleman between everyone who facilitates their order. Their environment is most mysterious. It sounds like they’re the most heavily guarded of them all with their lair filled with traps and false annexes. Paranoia and delusions are instigated by hallucinogenic, nerve gases.

Replaced members:
Dreamcorp has a certain unspoken law that is only known by very few individuals in the organization. Anyone of any position can be replaced if they're no longer useful to the organization. From the lowest of rank to the leader of the entire organization, if they deemed the replacement to be a necessity. Dreamcorp prunes the excess parts quite regularly and quietly, one by one.

Sometimes with the help of Fahrenheit, the new dragons are modified to resemble closely the previous dragons. The new recruitment will also be named after the predecessors as well. One shouldn't dare question the identity of replaced dragons because one knows it does not matter

This process is necessary to minimize interruptions in productivity and maintain a high level of disciplinary between dragons. Should they know that they can be replaced if they fail to deliver expected results.

You can repair a machine, but you cant repair the cogs that run the machine, you simply replace them. The organization IS that machine, and the employees are the cogs. No one is exempted from being replaced, even the directors. If one wants to remain, one has to meet the standards.
