B I O G R A P H Y

Mate: Brightfeather

______ LoamHeart used to be a very serious dragon. She was always very studious and never goofed off as a hatchling, which often alienated her from her fellow clanmates. Still, she knew in her heart that she was destined to be one of the Glademother's representatives, even though she was born in the Earthshaker's domain. Her father was a scout for their clan, always flitting about from place to place running reports, while her mother left early on in LoamHeart's life to serve the Lightweaver.

Their family allegiances were never... strong, really.

And so LoamHeart followed her heart. Once she was old enough, she left her clan and traveled to the Gladekeeper's domain, seeking out the ways of the Nature folk. Perhaps it was all the stories her father brought back from his travels, or perhaps it was just her passionate heart; regardless, LoamHeart decided that she wanted to educate others and represent her chosen goddess.

Over time, she grew older and wiser, learning much about her craft. Eventually, she stumbled upon a young clan and its equally young leaders, Thunderclap and Willowbark. Though they were Nature-born, they knew little to nothing about the Glademother and her lore. They acknowledged LoamHeart's usefulness as a Nature Representative, and offered her a permanent place in their clan.

She accepted.

Still, her heart remained restless. She found great fulfillment in her chosen path, but something was still missing.

Then, one morning, she stumbled across a brightly-colored tundra rooting through a large stream in search of river rocks. His bumbling but light-hearted nature filled her with joy. He made her laugh more than she had ever laughed in her life, and she fell in love.

______ Eventually, she managed to convince Brightheart to lay down his roots with the Stormrider clan. They travel often, seeing many different sights and meeting many different dragons, and they are happy. LoamHeart's hope is that her children will go on to serve the Gladekeeper, either directly, or by being nature representatives like their parents.

One day, when she is old and can barely fly, LoamHeart plans to make her way to the Gladekeeper herself and lay down at the roots of the Behemoth for her final rest. Until then, she and her mate will travel the continent in search of new and exciting adventures.
