Claire loves music. All instruments; woodwind, percussion, delicately strung lutes and pot bellied guitars. When she was a hatchling it was said that she tapped a tune before she even came out of the shell, and it's her enthusiasm that cracked it just the slightest bit early. Under sized for a nocturne because of this early exit, Claire makes up for it with ingenuity, finding interesting rock formations and valleys to sing and play in, making the most noise for her light voice and the best echoes for her instruments. Her den is always polished smooth, weeks of work and excavation sometimes helped by some larger dragon making a smooth tunneled perch where her music can be heard all over her clan's lair. Although she loves to share her music she can be proud, and if someone makes a comment to the effect of maybe too much may not be such a good thing, and perhaps everyone would like some peace and quiet, she'll throw herself into a huff, packing away instruments and sulking in silence for days until enough begging and cajoling will cause her to give in and take up her tunes again. As well as being proud she's fussy, always cleaning her lair and keeping things neat and orderly. Claire is a kind dragon, but prone to nagging and holding others to her own high standards. Slovenliness is the worst kind of trait, she thinks, and when she's not playing her music or cleaning, she can be seen fluttering around other dragons heads, saying something about dust on their mantel, or perhaps she can just take their lovely scarves to the river for a quick wash, oh please pick up your bones, here I can play you a lovely tune while we clean. Loves to eat flowers and honey. |
