Pathogen: a bacterium, virus, or other microorganism that can cause disease.
He lived up to his namesake, spreading chaos & strife, wherever he went. No one knew where he came from, only what came with his presence. They say it spread like wildfire, but they were wrong. It spread quicker than plague. For years, fellow dragons were terrified at the mention of his name. He moved from clan to clan, from one region to another. Never finding a soul who understood him, his or his struggles. No one would give him a chance. He never understood why he was the way he was. So instead he destroyed everything in his path.. The next was inevitable, affected by his own doings, he was terrified of himself. After years of causing chaos, he slipped into isolation. Living wherever he could find peace & quiet. Only then, when no one else's eyes were on him, that he was able to find peace with his inner turmoil; his inner demons. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, months then turned into years.. Years went by before he was able to come to terms with the trouble he's caused, and the damage he'd done. Tired of being alone, he set out on a journey to find a place where his name wasn't known. Where his past could remain in the past. A place he could start over. While traveling, putting himself out into the world; he found a clan he could call home. He was welcomed with open arms, & wings. They appointed him a seat on their council upon recognizing his skills to be adaptable, "quick on his feet", and full of knowledge. He handles clan battle strategies & protection matters; They didn't want to tell him he could lead an army, it might boost his ego. It's been a while since he joined this clan, and he's never been happier. He never knew if these clan members knew who he truly used to be. He's told them stories of his past, but not everything. Maybe one day he'll tell them his full story. . . |
