The skydancer form works so well with the cloaks, and especially with this one. The fact he's hiding his primary almost feels like some kind of penance if you were making a character. The little monk vibe I get off of him just... wow, the story he could have. And that accent is such a perfect one for windies, it adds a nice pop to the sunny yellows.
