Candace has always been an opportunist and an optimist. She's always been excited to celebrate the successes of those around her, whether they were family, friend, or acquaintance. She has always enjoyed questioning other until she found their favorite joy, and one of her favorite past times is to get others to monologue on about their passions. She likes to see joy in others.
You don't life off of life on others' successes and stories, and Candace doesn't live her life on the hopes and dreams on others, either. Her passion is seeing the joy in another, and has tried this way and that to find her niche in life. Is it being the shoulder to lean on with listening ears and wise words? Is it in taking up arms and fighting so as to bring security to others? Is it in becoming a caretaker, where the hatchlings bounce around in wonder at the world and the simple joy of being alive?

She's tried each of these in bits and pieces, and has stories to tell where she'll bubble up in laughter at her own youthful faults. She stumbled upon the perfect solution by pure accident: In order to keep those hatchlings silent, she'd brought out her favorite, sweet gathering food. Only it had gotten mixed up with one another. In despair at thinking it was ruined, Candace tossed it all to the side. Instead of being ruined, she found that the hatchlings fell in love with the mixture of items.

It was a crude start, but Candace has since become quite the confectionary: She has spun up new concoctions and always had a steady stream of hatchlings to try them all on. Some have been great failures, but many have been great successes. Any time someone has a sweet tooth or some new celebration comes: She's the one to call on to make every party one to remember and enjoy.
