Engineer // witty - resourceful - cheery // small but strong
Cadenza is one of four siblings (rather, half-siblings) ito arrive in her current home. Venvida, Cadenza, Capella and Crescendo were left on the lair's doorstep as eggs and hatched together as a regular nest, taken care of by their foster mother Shenlaeh. Unfortunately, an illness struck the clan at her time of hatching; it killed her siblings and crippled her wings. Unable to fly by herself, made herself a pair of automated wing supports.
As she grew older, Cadenza became more and more interested in mechanics, so much so that older dragons began making jokes about how 'the Tidelord stole a Lightning egg and that's Cadenza'. She studied under the engineer of another clan and self-taught from there, and now she manages the various mechanics that keep the lair running.
Cadenza is generally considered an eccentric dragon, especially for a Fae. She zips arond the lair keeping everything in check, wrench in one claw and blowtorch in the other. She keeps her trusty blowtorch lit with the lantern on her tail. Highly intelligent and a quick learner, Cadenza has several inventions of her own; for example, an alarm that shakes and blows steam when it goes off, and automated digging machines (actually no, that last one malfunctioned... the result was not pretty).
