An amnesiac with nothing but a journal and a new nickname to himself, on the hunt for his supposed "angel" depicted in his self-written journal -- whatever that means is anyone's guess. He assumes that this "angel" is a romantic interest, ever the optimist, and thus greets everyone with a flirtatious demeanor; no one is spared from his attention once he has his sights set on them. Despite the behavior, he's an ally that you can count on to have your back, and he's usually the one who'll pick up the details that others will miss. His observation skills and instincts are highly tuned and he's wise beyond his shallow pool of memories.

However, in the end, he's but a counterpart to another version of himself -- one Alternis Dim, tossed between dimensions -- and comes to terms with this revelation in a rushed, traumatic affair.

At this point, Ringabel is his own person and entirely separate from Alternis Dim. Through painful recollections and bursts of memory, he picks up pieces of his old personality; he gets quieter, a little more serious, a lot less willing to flirt and tease others. His identify crisis isn't all that severe, but it's troubling for one who made his own self and one who's witnessed terrible, terrible things.
