BLUNTWING - THE BARBARIAN MATRIARCH

Once, long ago, there was Bluntwing. She was alone, and rough as the earth itself, and she had little choice but to endure such loneliness as an exile. That was fine. She was hard as stone, and had no need for softness- but what she did have was desire. Bluntwing may have been an exile, but her dreams of a clan of her own never died, no...instead they only grew.

And look at her now. Once a barbarous war-queen, now she lives her twilight years, going grey in the fur in the lap of luxury, having assembled a mighty clan that has produced untold riches. She is content, grooming dragonets as they hatch and observing the lives of the family she has taken in under herself. Wouldn't you be, if you had everything you wanted?
