When Jasper first asked her to become one of the four faction directors, North was eager to prove that her best friend had not used poor judgment. She was the first to create her faction based on strict rules and tireless training; the Polarfrost Faction. Based off of her own personal need to strive for perfection, North's followers are expected to become the best they can be.

Probably one of the stricter Faction Directors, North is famous throughout the clan to be as such. However, her loyal followers know that she is also very fair to those who obey her rules, and that the female Nocturne understands the importance of encouragement. During her faction's training sessions, North can be seen joining in and praising her followers. While other factions may wonder why any dragon would want to obey her strict rules, the Polarfrost Faction knows the true nature of their director.

North's faction, along with the Mystic Faction, is known to produce the most loyal and powerful warriors; which, as you could guess, fills North with immense satisfaction to know.
