PEACE ENVOY ORACLE OF THE PLAGUED BREEZE

Children of esteemed Lady Voidis, a Nature-turned-Plague Mage with powerful magic, it was evident from the beginning that all five children could not stay, for the sake of their clan.
Most magic users are prone to dangerous 'accidents' in childhood, and any children of Voidis would be powerful indeed. Amethyne, Head Mage of the Plagued Breeze, decided the children must be sent to other clans whilst still young as emissaries of peace and goodwill. Voidis rather surprisingly agreed, and four of the five siblings were taken far from the lair, to be found by roving scouts from other clans. With them was a simple note:
Youngest child Galen was last to leave the nest not just for his age but also his abilities. It was discovered fairly early on that he had inherited the Oracle nature from Voidis. But whilst his mother, child of the Gladekeeper, was an Oracle of Nature able to speak to and be possessed by the spirits of powerful flora and fauna, Galen was a far rarer creature.
Oracles of the Plaguebringer were mostly whispers, very few dragons had ever truly known one. With the capacity to be controlled by the spirits of dragons lost to the Scarred Wasteland, [NAME] and his Plague-Oracle kin were more often than not driven to madness.
Not wanting his unconscious actions to have consequences for them, Voidis made sure to take him far away, leaving the sleeping hatchling in the path of a foraging party.
