Biography

Riversong
PEACE ENVOY HEALER OF THE PLAGUED BREEZE

| Calming — Peaceful — Neutral — Sweet |
Children of esteemed Lady Voidis, a Nature-turned-Plague Mage with powerful magic, it was evident from the beginning that all five children could not stay, for the sake of them clan.
Most magic users are prone to dangerous 'accidents' in childhood, and any children of Voidis would be powerful indeed. Amethyne, Head Mage of the Plagued Breeze, decided the children must be sent to other clans whilst still young as emissaries of peace and goodwill. Voidis rather surprisingly agreed, and four of the five siblings were taken far from the lair, to be found by roving scouts from other clans. With them was a simple note:

"We leave you in trust of our children. Their magic is strong and their hearts far stronger.
May we meet again someday
- Plagued Breeze"

Second oldest and second to leave, Riversong had always been the most peaceful of the five siblings. Unlike her older sister, the only other Pearlcatcher of the clutch showed no profesciony for casting offensive or defensive spells at all, both had a tendency to accidentally heal wounded animals and even prey, much to the adults' irritation. Knowing she was too gentle a child to survive in the Wandering Contagion, Voidis took her far from their lair, into the heart of another clan's before once again vanishing without a trace.

The little Pearl was dropped off somewhere in the Whispwillow Grove. River was found by a senior looking dragon named Shadow, he took pity on her and took her to his clan. Shadow found her humming to herself, an old dragon hymn. Being she was also the color of the river, he decided to name her Riversong. Ever since he found her the whole clan seemed to be at peace, no one knew why.
