Goddess of Snow
Snow... What do you think of it?
Chione was once a immortal goddess, born from the North Wind. She controlled snow. She was cruel, cunning, and manipulative. She froze animals and humans in ice. She was unearthly beautiful. But somehow, one day, a project of hers went wrong. She weaved a net of frost and strung it on a pathway to catch unsuspecting humans and freeze them. A powerful mage came along and destroyed it, and sent the magic back to her, freezing her features. She had never known such pain before. Right before she stuck the ground, she morphed into a large, sparkling snowflake. The mage turned out to be Zeus, the father of the gods. He found the snowflake and knew instantly. He felt bad for causing her pain, so he placed her consciousness into a new body-the body of a dragon.
