Hilya is, put quite simply, a bookworm. But she's not a silent one: oh, it's the opposite! She loves to chat, to speak whenever she can, loudly expressing her opinion, although she's open to others too. Some might find her annoying, other endearing; it depends on the person, really. Hilya is actually a really kind dragon with an adoration for Sierra, whom she deeply admires.
She is loyal, determined, strong and always there when her friends need her. She loves to share points of view with everyone else, and she's perhaps the most informed on the dragon's activities in the clan, even though she steers away from the dangerous four: Dalila, Sachiko, Spynel and Vanessa.
Nevertheless, she can be a very good companion and friend. She's very easy to get along with and almost never gets angry.
She knows by heart a lot of the books she keeps; she has an exceptional memory.
