These mysterious creatures were thought to have been extinct for thousands of years. Old pirates' tales tell of gigantic but gentle water dragons who would swim along their boats, and lead lost sailors back to shore with their beautiful songs. You could never catch more than a glimpse of these creatures, but their songs would stay with you for the rest of your life.

More recently, these creatures have began to appear again, although they are much smaller than their fabled ancestors. They share the same love of song as their predecessors, which they use to guide lost travelers back to safety. Although naturally inclined to the water, some of them do emerge and roam the land from time to time to help lost souls.

These dragons are a friendly sort, and very giving. They are willing to lend a hand with whatever it is that you need. The males especially can be quite protective of their offspring, but otherwise what's theirs is yours. They have very good memories, however - fool them once and you will not fool them again.
