so his colors are extra special!

The young Wildclaw shuffles into your lair with his crest lowered self-consciously. He comes to a stop in front of you, toe claws tapping nervously at the obsidian below his feet. He has striking coloration, though his condition does not exactly leave room to call him handsome: headplumes perhaps a bit tattered, ribs perhaps a bit more prominent than they should be, horns perhaps slightly scuffed if the glow of the magma hits them just so. He is careful not to look directly into your eyes, and tries to look as small as possible, though his wings, almost comically long in proportion to his body, don't quite fold smoothly to his sides. But hey, at least it is an effort.

He rolls his shoulders and clears his throat. After steeling his nerves and gulping down a couple deep breaths, he begins to speak.

"Hello. I have been searching for a clan and saw great promise in yours. In the seasons since I left my parents' nest, I have had many thrilling adventures and learned many things. With your permission, I would love to introduce myself ..."
