Biography

*The clan here was more lively than you thought they would be, bringing that joy to your thoughts as you wandered about the homes. Each one was to each dragon's taste and...* Please watch your step before you find me. I'm not as blatant as you bigger dragons are. *You looked down to see the owner of the monotone voice, only to see a silver colored fae staring back at you. Her crests seemed to be stuck in the formation that you could recognize as jealousy. She appeared to be trying to carry a handheld mirror the size of her body, but was very close to the ground. You offered to help her carry that mirror to her destination, which she accepted.* Thanks. You may call me Malenvy, stranger.

*You let her climb onto you as you started to walk, taking the fae's directions and listening to her.* It doesn't seem like it, but I was cursed before I came out of my egg...Even before I was reborn. Huh? You're surprised that I would mention such a thing? Please. I'm not afraid to speak of myself because I can't feel fear. I lost all of my emotion during a fight in my previous life, minus the ones of jealousy and envy. It's easy to want to feel those emotions that everyone else has, but I believe that there is more to this curse than simply understanding the emotions if I'm still cursed after dying and being sealed in a jar. In trade for the loss of my emotions, I seemed to have gained the power to tap into a place called the Mirror Plane.

*Unable to help yourself, you asked what the Mirror Plane was.* It's a vacant place on the other side of every reflective surface in the world, leading to a reflection of our world. I can also access the plane from the reflective scales on my own body, unleashing things I have stored away in there, including stray fire and projectiles I had intercepted. *Her envious expression didn't change as she was questioned about not putting this hand mirror there.* My powers don't work on objects not being used for attacking or critters. Such a flaw is of little concern for me as it hasn't become a problem yet.

The clan is very nice to me, especially Mimic. She was there to accept me into the clan when I barely opened my eyes and we share the same Hatchday. She and IceLakeRivers are trying to help me recollect my emotions, even as far as to make friends with a plague clan that offered to aid in my recovery from the curse. *You asked if it helped.* A little. I am grasping the concept of them again and have been practicing. The results are not seen yet, however. My fellow arcane dragons did take note that my monotone doesn't sound the same as when I had hatched. I can't tell the difference, really.

*You arrived at the destination the fae's handheld mirror was suppose to go to; Malenvy's nest. She managed to get it inside her amber sap nest that has other reflective things attached outside. She came out of her small home after a few minutes.* It works; I can now use that mirror to go to Mimic's nest without getting underfoot. The Mirror Plane has its boons in some ways. *Somewhere, you heard a sliver of emotion in her voice. It wasn't a normal thing among fae dragons, but it serves as an indicator that she is slowly regaining what she had lost. You smiled and asked if she wanted more rides on a friendly traveler before you meet the next dragon.*

She had learned a lot of information on her powers with the help of Tyve, warden of the Red Wing, and Ruza, our youngest member of the Asylum. As you continue down the files, you will see what she has developed during her stay. From relationships to knowledge."

Adventures at Maksur Asylum

Maksur Asylum was well known to be a very odd place. A place that held the disabled. No, not the disability dragons. No, we're talking about dragons that are not in their right mind. Insane dragons. Beaten, abused, and sick dragons go here. The odd thing was, the wardens were half sane and half mentally sick, more so Tyve than anyone else for that matter. Xandra, amongst the crowd works there. She was known to be the care giver and to evaluate the dragons that come in here. She helps with deciding who best suits in which wing. Red wing, more for the fully mentally sick, like Cannibal. Dragons that are better off in solitude or under complete surveillance. Blue wing, better off for those who have been through trauma or have some type of PTSD. This place is well kept and childish looking than anything else, better for young ones or adults that want to find a happy place. Then, there was the Green wing. That place was more for the rehabilitating dragons. Ones that have done wrong and want to be helped, or just need to be taught restrictions. Xandra had the ability to see the past and their future, but not many dragons knew that, except for Tyve, Moshenik, and Ocult.

As Tyve was on her way to a different clan to learn more about..... normal or much calmer dragons. Her plague eyes stumbled upon an interesting looking Fae dragon. She showed barely any emotion, besides the look of jealousy. That truly did intrigue her, especially after seeing her past and her future. Xandra couldn't help but think of an idea. Perhaps this young one needs a little help on getting back those feelings, or some, and learn more about those abilities she possessed. Oh yes, Xandra knew exactly what Malenvy was capable of with one glance. After a convincing speech to the clan leader, she was able to send this dragon to the Asylum, to learn more. Oh, how it will be interesting to see the results when this dragon returns from the Asylum back to her original clan. With a woosh, she sent the dragon off to the asylum, to discover secrets they didn't even know of.

Upon arriving to the asylum, Malenvy could all but feel jealously and that bitter feeling of numbness. She didn't know how to truly feel confusion, so she just resulted to the casual tilting of the head in confusion method. This would some how help dragons understand her, through body language. Tyve, a well scary mutated dragon appeared to greet Malenvy with a monotone voice. Sounded just like her when she asked questions to her fellow clan members back home. Perhaps it was a bad idea sending her here. What if all the dragons here were filled with numbness? Then what would she do? The idea of always feeling numbness made her feel a small fragment of panic. She wanted to feel again, even if it lasted just for a day. She just wanted to feel normal again, before the accident. Before the Beastclans of the past decided to mess her up.

Tyve and Malenvy moments:
It has been a few days at Maksur Asylum, and Malenvy discovered a lot of things to this place already. One thing was that, thankfully, not everyone here was full of monotone voices. No, there were so much different kinds of dragons here. Friendly and scarred to Vicious and disgusting. No matter, Malenvy enjoyed it, even if she couldn't properly feel it. Though, her stay here only got interesting as she learned more about Tyve. How she described feelings in whole different terms to her, as she continued to tell her story about where she was born. Malenvy was intrigued at the thought of a dragon being born in a different realm all together. It was exciting. She had to imagine the idea of her blood running fast. A smile on her face. That's how Tyve described it to her. The dragon taught her a lot more about her ability in fights. Helping out with leveling her up 2 of 3 more. Additionally, the Wildclaw seemed to understand the 'mirror plane' that was connected to her. Tyve was so willing to help her get better in using her powers. The knowledge that Tyve held, and the dominance, had Malenvy respecting her for it. Seemed this monotone dragon wasn't all so bland and dull.

Ruza's Lessons:
Malenvy preferred the Blue wing the best. There was a little Coatl there that was very nice. She taught Malenvy emotions, much more than Tyve. Not only did Ruza not pressure, but she was just a sweet pea in general. She would smile at Malenvy, trying to teach her how to smile. The optimistic Coatl got the best of Malenvy there. She would be falling for that happy aura and actually smile. At some times during their 'lessons' Malenvy swore she could actually feel something else than jealously. The sweet Coatl put so much effort to help Malenvy feel again. She would tell sad stories, happy stories, and funny stories with her. Ruza would even make up stories about her adventures with Mizu in her dreams. Telling Malenvy how she would love to see the world some day when she's older. That's what Malenvy liked about the Blue Wing. Ruza was there, and her joyful optimistic attitude just affected Malenvy in so many ways. Not in a love way, but more like sisterly love way. No matter, Ruza was kind to Malenvy the whole time she was there.

Emotion Talks:
Malenvy often got lost in the huge Asylum, with three large buildings connected to one another, plus an additional two stories counting the first level. She began to comment blandly about how they should put more signs in the hall ways to help visitors out. It wasn't long that Malenvy stumbled upon the Red Wing, where the more mind upsetting ones were. Malenvy began walking around the hall way, looking around for any sign of life. Sadly there was non, until she stumbled upon a steel door that held a dragon that lost all their emotions. This made Malenvy.... what was it? Intrigued? That weird feeling of curiosity, wasn't that what Ruza or Tyve told her? Shrugging that off, Malevny opened the steel door to stare at the robotic looking Wildclaw. The two began to talk non stop. Six, the robotic one, explained his views on feelings, and in return Malenevy did the same. The two shared a small connection with their lost feelings, but over all, Malenvy respected the wildclaw. He wasn't complaining, unlike other dragons. There were few who accepted their fate and try to find out how to fix it or deal with it, just like her.
