Sharpie was raised with Silver in the Clan in the ice. While Silver was meant to be a royal leader, Sharpie was meant to be her royal guard. He was never meant to be a fighter though- Much to too gentle and kind, and values talking out issues over fighting over them. This caused many conflicts with his trainers in the Clan, as they snapped at him and told him to be stronger very frequently. This resulted in him being very submissive, and even now he still is trying to overcome being a pushover. He is very loyal, and cares beyond words for Silver, and now Kerub and Frill.

The group originally formed when Kerub met Frill as children. The two were always very close, with Kerub being defensive of Frill and them having no issue with it. The pair had lost their original Clans during a hurricane that had swept through their territories, and if any survived the storm, Kerub and Frill never knew.
Later on in life when they were young adults, Kerub and Frill met Silver and Sharpie, a duo just younger than them that had run away from their Clan. Kerub's protectiveness instantly spread to Silver and Sharpie, which the duo appreciates greatly. Though they have never told Kerub and Frill, they two had eventually left their Clan due to the threat of them being killed. Silver was not the fighter or worthy royalty her family wanted her to be, and Sharpie was not the soldier he was supposed to be. Their respective families had deemed them worthless, and had full intentions to leave them to die. When Sharpie caught his mother talking of this, he forced Silver to leave with them to find a better home.
