A too serious assassin with lacking skills. He left his guild too soon and has not learned all the trade secrets and must rely on his living blade Hecate for assistance. His strengths lie in "pushing" other dragons, a form of mind trick that convinces others to let him go by unnoticed (even in his garish garb). But once he must slay another he has but the building blocks of blade wielding at hand.

His reliance on Hecate means that she has to agree to the assignments he takes on. Her vengeful nature makes this fairly simple usually, but she if they should try and kill someone she deems an innocent, Atroquinine finds himself in the position of pseudo detective for their target turned client. And while he may fight Hecate on these choices and grumble about it, deep down he's always relieved to find himself acting on the side of justice in a way. 		Vengeful Claws
