Description: Mother's chosen mate, the one who brings her words to the clan, in essence her 'Voice' and know affectionately as 'Father'. Some believe that he uses Mother's reclusive tendencies to rule completely on his own, but truth is that Jaghut adores Mother above even his own life. He would sacrifice everything for her and her happiness, perhaps even the clan.

Jaghut does modify and make a fair amount of changes to Mother's prophecies and wild ramblings, but he has to, or the clan would not benefit from her wisdom. Of course he has decided this on his own. In fact he makes a lot of decisions on his own without running them by Mother, but she is always busy, busy. Better that he take the heavy weight of ruling every little clan squabble off of her shoulders...

Recent History: When Mother shared her vision of the Clan uprooting and moving to the Southern Icefields, Jaghut thought for the first time in his life, that she must be mad. He argued with the matriarch, tried to make her see reason, that surely there was no way the Tidelord would send them all to their doom, but it was an argument lost and scars added to his hide.

He really did do his best to prepare the clan with the absurdly short time he had available.

As more an more of the Water Clan fell victim to the freezing land, Jaghut felt responsible for every single death. No one was prepared for the harsh realities of Ice, and when Mother herself passed away after days of mad ramblings, which shook the clan to the core, Jaghut lost it all.

Father never left Mother's side.
