Kaito

King Kaito is the ruler of his own kingdom, his subjects are Ume, Valor, Hekate and Wraith. His allies is Haku who. Haku was a father figure in his life when he first came as the first dragon with the gene crackle. Many were unsure about his difference, but Haku quickly accepted him and rose him higher in the ranks until finally deeming him a king and giving him land to rule over with the quest to find dragons willing to live on his land with him. Hekate and Wraith were a couple that moved in while Ume was an interesting dragon with a great deal of knowledge and Valor was one who was once a prisoner to King Arctic F. Slider.
His enemy is the King Arctic F. Slider for his cruelty to Valor. His familiar is a harpy who had been with him since he first arrived as a small little hatchling, since then this harpy has followed him around willing to aid him on journeys and spy ahead for him. He has yet to find a mate, but is hoping to find a lovely queen some day to settle down with.
