[Aureate was recruited by Keika from the Light Flight to come teach some subjects Frosty can't cover--namely math and science. Aureate is very well educated and excels at both math and practical sciences, but her heart is in her (not very good) poetry. She is accepted as the 'Poet Laureate' of the clan mostly because there aren't very many other poets (or those willing to admit they write poetry) in the Edge of the Wyld Clan.

At present her deepest desire is to finally meet the mysterious "Myriai" all the other members of the clan keep talking about--especially Kamelot and Frosty. She feels like if she can meet Myriai she'll be more readily accepted as Aureate the Poet rather than Aureate the Scientist]
