It seems like everywhere Celesta tries to settle, something always goes wrong. The territory is full, the locals are mistrustful of Lightning dragons, there's not enough food to go around, there's too much fighting going on for a lone dragon to be safe... wherever she goes, she finds herself driven out or shuffled along.

After several months spent this way, with still no end to her search for a home in sight, Celesta was beginning to wonder if she was cursed. But what would she do if she was? Give up in despair, dig herself a pathetic hole to call a cave, live in it until danger or hunger claimed her life? No, she decided: she would embrace this 'curse' and turn it into a blessing.

Now she journeys from one land to another. She visits any clan that will let her rest in their territory, but she never stays for more than a few days or weeks- better that she should choose to leave of her own free will before she is driven away by someone or something else. Her life will be one of travel, of learning, or experiences gathered together in her memory the way someone else might keep a scrapbook.

And just as she hoped, by taking her life into her own hands this way, she finally rises every morning not with a sigh in her throat but with her eyes looking eagerly to the horizon.

Celesta found the shadow lands imposing and sinister. Even the plants and animals had a darkness to them and the wildclaw wondered if she really should have started her journey in such a place. With thoughts of turning back for the gladekeeper's less worrisome forests, she finally came across a lair. The dragons of Moon's Spawn were polite, deferring to their leaders judgment in allowing Celesta to enter and stay a while. But she never quite shook the uncomfortable feeling that she was imposing on some sacred place. Eventually she realised that there was no animosity towards her, any discomfort coming from the fact that the denizens of this lair were "watchful and silent" types.

Only around the bard Fisher did she find any reprieve from the eerie pallor of the lair. The imperial had more stories to tell than any other dragon she met, and after a time he consented to teach her to read and write. But even in his company, Celesta could not complete shake the feeling that she did not fit in amongst the dark and grim dragons of Moon's Spawn. Thanking Fisher for his lessons and Anomandaris for the hospitality, Celesta set out once again.

Celesta's arrives shortly after her tired and very wary wings can't carry her anymore, she makes a gasp as she see this place is so stunning with the frozen land. She has her eyes wide on the berries growing along side the frozen waters. The waterfall is a sight to be seen. Her claws grasp at the berries, and jumps for them. Landing her self into the cold frozen water. As being a not so good swimmer she is she tries not to break the ice below her. She slows her breathing down and begins to make her way towards the berries, try at she might. She hears a voice above her. "Those berries are not for you.." She looks around only to see her own shadow. Celesta's claws gripped the ice, making a heavy 'thumb' sound. Standing on her hind legs with her wings at her side she makes her way grabbing the berries. "I see you don't every listen.." The voice sighed and makes an approaches. She looks at him with wide and sighed, knowing what that meant. Her time was soon to be over here. At least she got the berries. Valen, steps lightly onto the ice, reaching for her and grabs her. He pulls her out and back onto the land. Celesta's looks away ashamed of what just happen. Valen, nudges her and pushes her on her way to a new place to take berries from.

Celesta found some rather interesting berries growing in the outskirts of the Windswept Plateau, so she spent an entire day looking for more. However, as night was dawning, she found herself without shelter and surrounded by strong winds. So she wandered around aimlessly for a while, in search for a place to sleep, until she met an Imperial who was still out stargazing, without bing bothered by the winds. As Celesta approached her, the Imperial introduced herself as Mitternachtsblau and offered the wandering Wildclaw food and a place to sleep in her home lair. Celesta gladly accepted and spent the night there. But the meeting with the Imperial lady had triggered her curiousity and thus, she joined Mitternachtsblau the next night, as she was out stargazing again. This went on for many nights and Celesta lerned many things about the night sky, about the stars, their names, the many constellations and the stories they tell. But there came a time when even Mitternachtsblau had little left to teach her and that was also the time, Celesta decided to move on. So she bid her new friend farewell and went on with her travels.
