A silver tongue and a talented warrior, Mikel has it all. He can collect secrets as his father does or he can bring down whole beastclan tribes as his mother does. The issue is that he doesn't want to do either of those things. He's a romantic, far more interested in being a pest to other dragons than working at all. This hasn't pleased his parents, but their discontempt is veiled enough that he can pretend he doesn't notice. He does notice, and he doesn't care. He doesn't want to fight, or be a spy, and no one can force him.

Mikel's goal in life is to woo the ladies. The men too, he's not a picky guy. He's rather charming too, layering on compliments and picking up little details he overheard until he's gotten what he wanted. What he wants, mostly, is company. Unjudgemental company. Which is a little hard to come by when picking up dragons this way. Once he's gotten someone's attention, he'll talk about himself, and that's normally enough to drive them away fast. Still, he doesn't stop. One day someone will understand him.
