Storm has always had a lot of energy. He loves magic, especially lightning magic, and devours new knowledge. He enjoys sparring with his brothers and sisters, especially his triplet siblings, Eí'ith and Silt and, even more, he loves to explore the world with them and battle monsters. Traveling usually satisfies his need for new experiences, but danger thrills him. He loves flying, especially during storms. He aspires to become a powerful thunder dragon with mighty children and a beautiful, intelligent, and vivacious mate. At the moment, he has a bit of a crush on his sister, Silt.

Storm came of age during the Thundercrack Carnivale. During an especially powerful line of storms that came through during the festival, he decided to plunge straight into a monstrous storm cloud. He was hit by lightning several times and barely survived the experience and only because he was rescued by his sisters, Coral and Silt, who helped guide his unconscious body down safely to the ground. In the days afterward, however, glowing blue gems, crackling with electricity within, started to grow from his skin.

Amethyst gave her Glossy Duskrat to Storm so they could each have a mouse and because its pretty glowing eyes reminded her of him.
