Ethereal is the softness to Spectacle’s rough edges. She is sweet, affectionate, and a bit lazy. Ethereal is the most out-of-shape of the Dawn Guard, mostly due to her role as the Guard’s original lone mage. In her spare time, Ethereal tends to the patches of revived roses outside the Dawn Guard’s barracks. Ethereal has a natural gift for blood magic, but she does not truly understand the chaos her magic creates. She appears innocent but knows exactly what to say to get what she wants, manipulating dragons that don't even know she's mapping their moves live pawns across a chessboard. Her social skills combined with her unexpected emotional intelligence are a force to be reckoned with. Despite scaring others who know of her ability to manipulate blood and life force, she's the most friendly out of the Dawn Guard.
