unfinished but heres some info: he nearly got tramped by luminax, webster (who is part of a pirate crew that sunspine does business with) saved him, took him to sunspine, cared for him, and he was super attached. however she had to go back to her crew and didnt wanna bring a young dragon bcuz ??? She's deranged not insane! so now he lives here

they are very polite & respectful & nice & kind of a pushover. they constantly do everything they can to help out everyone & usually get burnt out as a result. despite kalisa's moodiness, he tries to help imperator discreetly, gently scolding them into taking a rest.

also they're the only one who can get glacies to say anything or not run away. love wins!
