Biography

A weak dragon from birth, Sirrup has always been prone to fits of illness. He's partially blind and known to collapse from exertion if he has to travel far from camp. Because of his poor physical condition, Sirrup has been recently of dragons who can train in the Coliseum and travel afar since he can barely even leave home. To keep himself from going mad from resentment, he tries to keep himself busy around camp, including learning from other dragons' specialties. As such, he's a frequenter of Seliana's library, takes accounting lessons from Brasspunk, and learns of different herbal uses from Coquitlam's brewing stand, among other things.

With all these things in mind, Sirrup put his various bits of knowledge to good use and put up one of the territory's first official stores - an establishment on the border that sells herb pouches, potions, and other supplies to ranger dragons within the clan such as Cloudsong and Paix, travelers and diplomats such as Ponyboy and Malone, and any other neighbors nearby.

Sirrup mostly lives in his store nowadays, accepting deliveries from herb collecting and potion brewing dragons. Out on the edge of the territory, it's a slightly precarious position, especially for such a weak dragon. However, the rangers, guardians, and champions check in with him frequently enough, and his friend Wingbreaker always has time to swing by.

Living on the edge of the territory, Sirrup also holds a unique position to welcome kindly visitors and travelers. He's always willing to offer a bit of food or a safe place to sleep to those in need. In particular, he once hosted the Tundra Bering, a young dragon who had traveled all the way from the Southern Icefield after his clan disbanded. The two shared a brief, intimate friendship, during which time Sirrup helped him regain his strength and his peace of mind before he went on to seek his own fortune. He still wonders sometimes how he might be doing.

He's recently found himself under the full affections of his clanmate Ironbull. While Sirrup does find his overbearing nature annoying at times, it's hard to resist the charms of someone who loves so fully and earnestly.
