I've Got All This Ringing In My Ears And None On My Fingers

As a hatchling, this cryface was sent as an offering of peace between the Plague Clan OfLittleMistakes and the Fire Clan houseBurning. He felt restless and uneasy in his home, and thus, when an exchange was opened, he leapt at the chance to journey before his wings were even dry. As soon as he arrived, Canary immediately latched onto him and they were instant friends who would soon become mates.

After more than a year in the Scarlet Inferno, Coalmine and Canary decided to move on. Canary had always dreamed of living in the Sunbeam Ruins. She'd heard stories from travelers and was anxious to see more of the world. Coalmine had since stepped down from his position as the emessary to Plague, passing the full title on to Cholera, where before they had shared it. He accompanied Canary on her journey and the two set out to join [fussybanana's clan].
