Cheerful Chime Cheerful, Joyus, Welcoming Cheerful Chime

Wassailer
A singer of convivial songs, often associated with the holidays.

Polyphonic Tenor

Wassailer is a jolly dragon, who happily sings at the top of his lungs at the slightest provocation. He is known for his warm temperament and good humor. There always seems to be a twinkle in his eye and a full belly laugh just waiting to be released.

In the clan he serves as the organizer for all holiday events, happily humming to himself as he arranges activities and prepares decorations. This also comes with a more serious aspect as he is also a keeper of all the special traditions that have been passed down through generations. He has become close with all of the flight representatives through his work and can discuss customs with them for hours. Thankfully, he is an excellent conversationalist, so these conversations are a genuine pleasure.

In his quieter moments, Wassailer is warm and inviting. Any dragon can show up at his den and expect to be welcomed inside to rest by his fire and enjoy a hot drink. For all of his more boisterous nature, Wassailer does quiet companionship very well.

He is in his glory when snow falls over the Windswept Plateau. Often going den to den to lead others out into raucous snowball fights and other such revelries, singing all the way.

There is one secret that Wassailer keeps. He has made a commitment to himself to make sure that all dragons in the clan will get a gift on their hatch day. The night before the coming day, he will sneak to their den and leave a wrapped gift at the entrance, hurrying off before they wake.

Some younger dragons have tried to stay up to see the mysterious gift giver, but he hasn't been caught yet!

Still, he is not as circumspect as he thinks. And although it has never been confirmed, most dragons send a smile his way and remind their hatchlings to set out a hot cup of his favorite drink for their mysterious gift giver.
