As the prophet of the clan, it is Radiant who chooses which dragons will be exalted and which will enter the clan as permanent members. Born of a lightning clan, it is rare that an outsider would attain a position of such deep trust and respect. However, he impressed the clan early on with his particular blend of acute insight, observation skills, and complete ruthlessness.

Having gained a position of power within the clan, Radiant has no intention of letting it go. With the same ruthless attitude with which he chooses the exalted, Radiant makes sure that his political opponents respect him. Some fear that disagreement with him will lead to exaltation or banishment from the clan, but Radiant's devotion to the Arcanist is real and he would not use his position to send an unworthy dragon to serve.
