Orzammer

Born in a peaceful lair of the Sunbeam Ruins, it clear from the moment of her birth that Orzammar would not be the stereotypical type of acolight her parents were used to rearing. Though her eyes shone the bright gold of light heritage, she was bubbling over with the curiosity of an Arcanite. She had no qualms about challenging concepts others meekly accept - which would be fine, if she was simply curious. Unfortunately, as it was with most things, Orzammar didn't just seek to challenge concepts - she sought to undermine them. And by undermining, I mean figuratively. See, there used to be these really cool, tricked-out underground mazes underneath the lair, and, well, there's a reason I said used to be.

(No, Ozammar, that wasn't - look, what made you think that you needed to prove one plus one doesn't equal two by entering the tunnel that said "do not enter"?! Wait, I wasn't suggesting you do it aga - ORZAMMAR NO!)

For reasons that should be obvious, Orzammar was sent off with a rather insistent goodbye from her birth lair. She didn't mind. She always knew she didn't belong - really, what was the point in staying in a clan that literally lived on top of a bunch of caves and didn't explore them? So what if there was a dragon-eating monster in there? That's why you take notes!

After her send-off, Orzammar wandered across the mainland of Sornieth in search of adventure. She joined many exploration guilds from different flights, and was valued for her magical skills during cave explorations. Sadly, she didn't last long in any of the them. To clarify, she may have blown up a few of them (there's a reason you don't walk into every single trap the caves have to offer). There were also some that were liquified. And if you want to know, no, that one incident where the Spiral Keep almost collapsed was totally not her fault.

(Though honestly, if it had collapsed, Orzammar says it would've just been collateral damage. There was a pretty cool underwater cave underneath the Keep.)

And she wonders why the Tidelord has her head on his wishlist.

After a whole deal of running away and admiring her profile on WANTED posters, Orzammar decided that perhaps it's time she put down roots somewhere, preferably in a clan that those wanting "compensation" would have to think twice before attacking. Her destination was the Starfall Isles, whereupon she found a group of enthusiastic Arcanites who offered her a place in their clan. She didn't care much for their love of explosions, but when she found this really awesome labyrinth of caves near the lair, she was sold.

In the clan, Orzammar quickly became a leading figure. Her exploits as an adventurer taught her that if she doesn't make the calls, nobody else will. Normally, this is a good thing! Unfortunately, in this case, it means that at the start of every conversation, Orzammar's position is: "I do not give a huckleberry about what in the world is going on, but I'm going to be leading this thing." Sometimes it works well, especially when it comes to exploits concerning the unknown and dangerous (mostly because as long as she's around, nobody else has to worry about falling into traps). Sometimes, especially when it involves any form of fire, glitter or highly dangerous and volatile chemicals, this stance is drastically less successful.

Orzammar believes she gets along well with her clanmates, and with her friendly and outgoing personality, it's not hard to tell why. She's bold, brash, and she never hesitates to be the first ~~test subject~~ volunteer when it comes to a new adventure. Sadly, Orzammar can come off a bit headstrong, especially when it comes to things she's, ah, exceptionally passionate about. (Orzy, that cave looks a little dangerous. No, I don't care. Come back!... WAIT DON'T PRESS THE -)

*indistinct explosion* (Orzammar says wheee!)

Though Orzammar is busy with her clanmates nowadays, her love for adventuring hasn't faded away just because she's joined a clan. In fact, she's thinking of setting up her own guild. "Orzy's Extreme Space Pirates" has a pretty nice ring to it, if she does say so herself. Looting, pillaging, exploring uncharted territories - her kind of fun! Honestly, her clanmates think it might actually be a good experience for her. Who knows? She might attain a sense of responsibility from running a guild, which would be a -
