No one is quite sure who she is, or where she came from. She arrived one day and decided to stay. While she does cause trouble by setting up pranks on a regular basis, most are quite harmless. The majority of the clan has come to accept the little bundle of mischief with the exception of Wisteria who despises her. He sees any prank done on him as a personal offense, however, the more he makes a fuss the more Cheshire wants to plan another prank for him.

ETYMOLOGY - Originates from the grinning cat from Alice in Wonderland. The word Cheshire can also mean a place in England or a cheese from the town of Cheshire. RELATIONS - Victim - Wisteria, Friends - Destery, Artemis, Viola, Cookie Provider - Selene BELONGINGS - Who knows it could be anything

*the visitor wanders through the main keep of the castle and stumbles upon a room, the roots of the willow have wormed their way through the stone bricks, partially obscuring the entrance to a room. Out of curiosity the visitor squeezes through the door and stumbles into a room lit up completely by glowing mushrooms clinging to the roots that covered much of he walls. A hammock hung from the spindly roots in the far left corner, several blankets draped over the side of the canvas. The edges of the room had boxes and chests of varying sizes, random pieces of cloth and some glittering objects visible from half-opened lids.* *in the middle of the room was a circular table, covered with a slightly tattered purple cloth. Upon the table were two containers; one was an elegant bottle with a tag that read "Drink me" that glowed a soft blue, the other was a silver embossed box with a tag that read "Eat me".* I see a friend has come this night, would you care for a bite? *a spiral materializes on the table, her swirling stripes fading into existence first, followed by the rest of her body. She gazes upon the visitor with curious purple eyes, her mouth showing her bright white teeth in a wide grin. Her tail flicks around and taps the top of the bottle.* This bottle that you see, is a concoction made by me. A sip might make you quite small... or will it make you rather tall? *she says thoughtfully, tapping her chin with her tail* *she taps the box before lifting the lid to reveal an assortment of sweet looking cookies* If it isn't a drink that you desire, maybe some sweets are what you wish to acquire. They could make your scales bright... or they could make you cough out feathers in the moonlight. *she looks at the visitor expectantly and when it is obvious that they don't want to chance either option she smiles* The name is Cheshire, if you wish to inquire. My skills are with riddles and rhymes, there are many that I craft with my time. *she giggles, the sound filling the room* Such a lair where I reside, where the visitors can find where I hide, but yet my clanmates need a guide. *she tilts her head* Well like all visitors who come to my territory, you wish to hear some of my story. My life began in the Midnight wood, I was alone but I did the best I could. I eventually stumbled upon this lovely lair, the Lair Mother made joining a simple affair. I now live in this humble abode, although Wisteria wishes for me to hit the road. *she laughs, her body disappearing and reappearing on one of the chests* Of the dragons in this castle, Wisteria is the one I love to hassle. He huffs and he puffs but can't make a fuss, the best he can do is throw out a cuss. *she giggles some more and pulls something out of the chest before disappearing and reappearing on the visitor's shoulder. She grins and puts something in the visitor's claws. * Since you listened to me on your own accord, I will give you a small reward. *she fades away and doesn't reappear but her voice echoes in the room* It was fun meeting you this day, now you can be on your way. *the visitor blinks before escaping the room with the small trinket in their claws*
