Belanoir's Spending Records

As one of the caretakers of the clan's hatchlings, Belanoir has decided to collect receipts from some of their gene projects since recently, the clan has been going into debt. He hopes that when they grow up and get a job, they can pay the clan back (no one's sure what he'll do when he realises they don't age). Namely the new Pokemon dragons, who have currently used up over 4000 gems! Belanoir wonders how many sweaters he could buy with that many gems. He doesn't remember his daughter Evie being this high maintenance.

Comments: Roundlet was born with the perfect colours and genes, as well as being Rowlet shaped and with a Rowlet personality. She did not burden the clan's higher entity with debt.

Comments: The original plan was for Minty to have gnarled horns (500 g). Many a time had the clan had enough to buy this gene, but instead impulsively spent it on something else (eg. Cocoa the Banescale and Cassiopeia the Skydancer). Minty's gene plan was completed months later than planned and the tertiary was changed to runes, which was decidedly more fitting.

Comments: Shiny Wooloo was interesting to scry. It was rather difficult to choose the right shades of grey for the secondary and the clan was very indecisive about it. But by enlisting the help of coolgirl3890 and Terriaki420, Shiny Wooloo was hatched.

Comments: While the most expensive (as of 23/04/2020), Mintpuff was the fastest to be completed, receiving all genes on their day of birth as well as a youth scroll and vial of naivety shortly after. This could be credited to the clan's newly found skill: impulse control. Or that's what they told themself at least (impulse control was abandoned shortly after and Rainforest was purchased for 160 g). Mintpuff's name originated from an act of indecision as a result of attempting to name a newly hatched shiny Rowlet in Pokemon Sun and Moon. The choice was between Minty and Mintpuff but eventually Minty was chosen. Some irony should be noted, for Minty and Mintpuff (both shiny Rowlets) took both the most time and least time to finish gening respectively.
