Calypsa's parents were exalted shortly after her hatching. Having to learn to fend for herself, Calypsa found herself in the Arcane domain. Despite being a dragon of light, Calypsa had never know any other life. Raised as one with the arcane, Calypsa struggled to survive. As she grew, she became wiser. She learned which fungi were edible and which would make her sick. The imperial--once strong enough--was able to create shelters for herself. Calypsa travelled where the food where the food sources went, and eventually settled down deep in the forest where food was plentiful. The imperial noticed that the different aspects of the forest had their own magical properties, and became a bit of an expert of organic magics.

After many years spent with minimal socializing, a spiral dragon journeying through the different domains found himself at Calypsa's hut. At first, Calypsa was unsure and hesitant to share her secrets and her world with the spiral, but eventually Zeus convinced her to teach him Calypsa's ways. The rest is history, and the two have been living together ever since. 		arcane_3.png
