Claus Leader of Subclan Bionis One who carries on alone, strong after all.

Claus is the founder of Hyacinth's subclan, Bionis. Although they mostly tend to themselves, Hyacinth has allowed the dragons to stay as refugees. As leader, Claus has been nicknamed "Commander" by the other dragons of Bionis. Their identity, however, is a secret. No one knows who their Commander is under the mask. The Commander is stoic and cold, which contrasts Claus' personality, which is energetic and warm. Claus has their reasons for acting the way they do though. As a young Skydancer, Claus took the grave mistake of taking on an enraged Emperor Dragon. Obviously not strong enough to face such a creature, Claus lost the battle within seconds. The Skydancer was then reconstructed to become half robot, half dragon by a group known as the pigmasks. Stricken with memory loss, Claus remembered nothing of their past and wandered aimlessly around Sornieth until they discovered the Hyacinth Retreat. Seeing no harm in their arrival, Afanasiy allowed Claus to stay in their clan. Claus however, was an odd case. They didn't exactly fit in with the rest of Hyacinth. They remained quiet and never interacted with the clan, until another dragon named Ryoji showed up. Ryoji claimed to be the god of death from another dimension, and that he was drawn to Hyacinth's presence. Claus befriended Ryoji and after discussed what little of their memory they retained. In time, more odd dragons showed up around Hyacinth, each being too powerful for their own good. They needed someone to guide them, and just when they were in need of help most, a masked dragon showed up to fulfill their wishes - Claus. |
