Oracle is technically only a guest of the Snowsquall Clan. Owing to the lair's unique location on the very border of Wind and Ice territory, she requested permission to stay for a time and study the interaction of magic in the area. She's shown no inclination to leave since. Most of her time is spent exploring the immediate vicinity of the lair, which she insists is filled with fluctuating ley properties that not even the clan's other Arcane dragons seem able to detect.

Most within the clan are indifferent to Oracle's presence and mission, but Vizjerai regards her as a fraud and makes no secret of her disdain. Oracle returns this contempt wholeheartedly, but as a guest, she usually keeps it to herself.
