He was pulled into a realm inhabited by demons once. He swears it was an accident but the ability he gained from the experience enabled him to survive many things that he otherwise would not have. He lost his elemental magic but became able to see aspects of the future. The visions were fairly frequent in the beginning, related to even the smallest of changes that would impact daily life, such as a shift in the wind or a visitor from far away. Some of the visions were of bad things that were coming and would have hurt the dragons of the clan if Abaddon hadn't provided warning. He doesn't have visions very often now, but when he does it usually relates to great disasters that would impact the clan. Since she deigned to accept him as her mate, Gehenna had begun to educate him in matters of witchcraft. He was slow to learn at first, but gradually picked up the basics. He has no particular preference when it comes to practice but considers himself a jack of all trades, master of none. In spite of her gruff nature, she is rather protective of her weaker mate and often wonders if he is her charge, even though her circumstances prevent her from fulfilling her guardian duties. |
