Biography
As the Windhover clan expands its ranks, the dragons must dig deeper and deeper into the mesa they call home, in order to make room for their expanded lair. New dens and bedrooms, broader electrical routing stations, expansive surgical suites--all these are Tenebrous' creations.
Though Tenebrous lacks the sheer size of the other Imperials in his lair, his formidable skill with magic and architecture has made him the official Expansionist. Every day, he works to create new rooms in the Windhovers' underground lair, using dynamite, chisels, and stone-bending magic to make more structurally-sound, smooth-walled caves. And if he spends a little too much time adorning the new chambers with ornate gargoyles and swirled carvings, none of the dragons blame him--especially since IceWarden, the clan's de facto decorator, has proven to be a corrupt slacker.
Tenebrous also occasionally co-opts the tunnels of the mad dragon Erebus, smoothing their walls and drying their damp floors, and blocking off their entrances to the warren of unlit passages below. At first, Erebus tried to draft Tenebrous into his cult, since he admired the crystalline dragon's cleverness and skill with magic--but Tenebrous was having none of it. Though the two rarely interact, they are now bitter rivals.
