Eliza
mama witch, nursemaid, and official voice of reason

Unless you are intimately familiar with the type, you'd never know just by looking at or speaking with her that Eliza isn't your normal dragon. She is a Sentient Scrapdragon, a paper creature brought to life by a magical collision of passion and knowledge - which is not a surprising origin, either, especially to those who know her well. Though she's though of more for her kindness and level-headedness, Eliza is smart as a whip, quick to learn anything put in front of her, and intensely excited to find someone willing to teach her something new.

Created from an accident in a different clan, Eliza was raised and taught how to sustain herself, and then released into the world when she voiced her desire to go explore. She found her current clan after wandering a while, was enchanted by the amount of scholars and scientists in the clan at the time, and decided to settle down a while. Somewhere along the way, a while turned into forever, and Eliza is happy to admit it.

She's been well settled into a caretaker role from the beginning, taking care of new hatchlings and playing teacher to the slightly older ones. Along the way, she's developed her own talent in magic, and found herself leading the contingent of magic users in the clan as well. Though the move from the Arcanist's lands to the Tidelord's found the clan losing many of the scientists and scholars that she originally joined for, Eliza still finds herself surrounded by so many teachers, students, and friends that she never has to want for company when she desires it. Which is often - she's a sociable dragon, and never happier than when she has somebody to dote on.
