Trader Male | Mate to Eira | No Faction Eirlys arrived in the clan together with his mate Eira, and at first no one was sure what exactly their role in it would be. Soon enough they set up a small trading shop, and since then treasure has been flowing into their coffins – not always through entirely sanitary means. But they are popular enough in the clan, and many members never even learn of their darker side. |

The Sin Coatl Lore
It is well-known that many coatls believe dull or white plumage to be a bad omen. Whilst this is linked with the fact that faded plumage can be a sign of illness, there is another, lesser known reason why this breed will often go so far as to exile members of its own who are unfortunate enough to be born with paler colours. That reason is that some dull coatls are just pure evil. Though they make up only a small proportion of dull coloured coatls, these dragons are feared and hated by those few that know what they are, and for good reason. Many are exiled by their clan or parents because of their dull colours, wandering Sornieth alone and bringing chaos with them wherever they go. |

Others manipulate their way into a permanent home and stay there indefinitely, leeching off the unfortunate dragons who were kind enough to take them in and slowly but surely worming their way into a position of power. Some endlessly roam the planet, constantly hunting for victims. There are many ways a coatl can grow to become one of these monsters. Some are affected by dark magic before they are even born, others eggs may have come into contact with the Shade. Some are simply born this way, whether the condition was inherited through their family or due to a rare genetic anomaly. Whatever the reason, these coatls appear normal at first other than their dull colours. As they grow older, their personalities undergo a dramatic change. Previously friendly, kind dragons become violent and sadistic. Diligent, hard-working dragons neglect their duties and become a manipulative parasite on those who care for them. Slowly but surely, these coatls are consumed by one or more of the seven deadly sins. Sin: Greed. Ice dragons are collectors, so it's easy to imagine they get a little too caught up with their collecting. |
