GANIX is an engineer born out of generations of engineers. Tinkering, building, designing are as reflexive to her as breathing. She loves a challenge, and nothing, it turns out, is quite as challenging as trying to make something out of the nothing of the Wasteland.

If you've seen some weird aperture or apparatus beeping, clicking, whirring, or otherwise blinking with small LED eyes around town, Ganix probably built it or at least designed it for someone else to build. The moisture traps that keep the cisterns fed are her crown jewel, though she's also made significant contributions to the way Rifters can harness wind and solar energy.

When making life easier for her fellow dragons got boring, Ganix turned to building combat augmentations that could put excess energy collected in her sun or wind traps to more martial use. Grafts, implants, and other 'improvements' are her speciality, as evidenced by her own limbs -- all of which have been replaced with high-impact-resistant alloys with an antimicrobial coat and a set of interchangeable fittings for all manner of tasks ranging from pleasurable to grisly.

She field tests most of her augmentations personally, generally while on exaltee escort duty. While most Wounders question the notion of using science to make themselves punch harder in service to the Plaguebringer, they are nonetheless impressed by Ganix's dedication to her duty and effectiveness in producing results.

IMPRESSIONS

Her eyes tend to look bloodshot, a result of the combination of her losing track of sleep and the flecks of red creeping in from a long, long time on Plague soil. Neither elemental fluctuations nor sleep deprivation can keep this one from humming a jaunty tune or flitting excitedly from one task to the next. She's definitely no stealth unit -- those augments click and whir ceaselessly -- but one look at her in action and you'll understand she doesn't need to be.

RELATIONSHIPS

TIMESTRIKE is her dedicated partner and the brawn to her brains. He's given up trying to understand most of what she does on a personal level, but he is pretty handsome, and it turns out having someone who'll always have your back is a nice feeling.
ANDREA is Ganix's other dedicated partner. Andrea prefers to keep her fighting style au naturel but she's generally more excited than Ganix is when a new prototype of mechanised punching comes out. Ganix loves Andrea's boundless enthusiasm in all things.
