Majun is a male Tundra, from the Dragonhome. Even as a hatchling, Majun was a little different. He didn’t fit the Tundra stereotype, other than his sense of smell was amazing, even from a young age. While a bit clumsy as a hatchling, he constantly followed Lucrecia around, attempting to mimic her movements, and even trying to use his sense of smell to ‘smell’ out her different ways of moving. Seeing the cute bumbling hatchling, Lucrecia decided to take Majun under her wing, and teach him how to be a dancer.
Who said that Tundras couldn’t be dancers? As he grew up, Majun got much better at maneuvering his furry body and learning where to step, and when. He became quite the quick and smart student to Lucrecia, and was soon dancing alongside her during performances. Wanting to incorporate his sense of smell into his dancing, Lucrecia decided to have music played with different scents attached, and with each beat of the rhythm, that scent would be released. It worked wonders on Majun’s dancing ability, and soon he came up with his own unique dancing technique—Rhythmic Scent Dancing.
Majun takes his dancing very seriously, though on the other hand he knows how to have fun with it. He keeps some of his fur trimmed short, so he won’t trip on it. He dances every day to perfect his dancing ability. And while he’s eager to learn Lucrecia’s ‘private’ dances, he knows he’ll have to wait, until he’s ready for such things. He has no preference for who he entertains, either—male, female, or even an entire crowd. Majun enjoys dancing far too much to be limited to whom he dances for. Because of his advancement through his teachings, Lucrecia gave him silks to adorn himself with, as a job well done for advancing so far in his dancing.
Majun is a kind Tundra, who’s always seen smiling. But when he’s facing accusations that he’s a ‘dumb, clumsy Tundra,’ he is not above showing that dragon how wrong they are, by dancing gracefully in front of them, letting their jaws hit the ground. When he’s not dancing, or learning from Lucrecia, he’s listening to music, and figuring out what scents would be best to work with, with his Rhythmic Scent Dancing. He loves sweeter scents, but to please others, he’s going for more musky scents as well, along with earthy scents from home. He wants his dancing to be enjoyed by everyone, but above all he wants to enjoy the art of dancing, himself.
