As the head lorekeeper for the Clan, it is Ouran's job to keep a paper archive of everything that goes onto the clan pillar.
He is a gawky and awkward sort of fellow, who better suited for perching over a book then for sunning out on the rocks or for flying patrols. As such, he is almost always found within the archive section of the clan caves, tending to the scrolls and books, and trying to convince his familiars to chase out the pests.

He has been blessed by the Arcanist to be a representative of his flight, and can be relied upon in formal meetings to accurately uphold the general opinions of the Arcane flight as a whole.

Ouran has named his pearl, which has gained some form of sentience after the Arcanist blessed him.

He occasionally leaves the clan caves to visit his boyfriend in a distant clan, and to record the star locations from the top of the clan pillar.
