Lusuma
Blue EeZee; Greatest rapper on Sornieth.

Lusuma was born in the Gladekeeper's lands, in a beautiful meadow that his small clan called home.

While he was sleeping the first night of his birth, a sneaky Cerdae, working as a spy for the Beastclans, replaced him with a changeling that would grow up to spy on dragons for them. She took Lusuma across the sea to the Icewarden's lands, as the Beastclans had a base of operations in the maze of the Fortress of Ends, but as she was carrying him across the thin ice around the island she dropped him, and he immediately fell through. The Cerdae wasn't concerned, since she figured the Beastclans would have killed him anyway, so she ran to report that her mission was a success and left tiny Lusuma to die.

A frolic of snow fairies saw the whole thing go down, and as soon as the Cerdae was out of sight they plunged into the deep water and pulled him out. He was blue, shivering, and very obviously dying. The older snow fairies poured their magic into him at the cost of their own lives, sacrificing themselves to right this wrong.

As Lusuma took in the ice magic, he coughed up a few chunks of ice and was able to breathe again. The snow fairies that were left took him back to their home and raised him. They didn't bother looking for his parents, because fairies are weird like that and now considered him their property. He was well taken care of with them.

One day, when Lusuma was too big to fit in their den anymore, they set out to find a new home. They crossed the Fortress of Ends and came out the other side, where the ice was a thicker and the water warmer. They started to make another den, this time one big enough for Lusuma if he kept growing, but a white Skydancer appeared from the water and introduced himself as Laiken.

He noticed that Lusuma was alone, and he wondered if he would like to join their clan. Lusuma explained how he came to be raised, and said he couldn't just leave his fairy family, but Laiken said it'd be okay for them to come too. They just neded to be blessed by Phorus so they could breathe underwater.

The fairies agreed, and so did Lusuma, so they settled in under the sea with their new family. Now that they didn't have to worry about scrounging for food, Lusuma could think about what he wanted to do with his life. He thought and thought for days, even asking another dragon to give him a list of jobs, careers, talents, etc. One day, he finally figured it out.

He was going to be the best rapper Sornieth had ever seen.

"Hey friend there's no reason to frown
With me around, feel free to drown
All of your sads and mads, that is;
Get you some glads, feel rad
You just had to know this show was gonna blow
Everything out of the water
Though my lake is frozen these lyrics are hotter
Than anything you'll be seeing today

but I digress let's get back to this mess)

Even the fae, be they drake or unseelie

I was only mostly dead, now I'll never decompose

Ah, Lapis. It took me a moment to understand him. His Gloomwillow Guide is hiding beneath his wing. I have high praises for Splash Crackle on that dark, oceanic Freckle, as well as the illuminated tips of his wings and how they match his Winter Wind. You skillfully tie in light blue, dark blue, and black for a very frosty dragon - that looks like he'd be fun to grab some tea with.

Those blues are absolutely amazing together, if I didn't already have an abundance of blue in my lair, I wouldn't hesitate to get my itty bitty mitts on him. (Also, that rapper theme is 10/10 he needs a cool hat and sunglasses immediately)
