Ratway

Ratway deals in dark magic, favors that keep you on the hook for life, and the cheapest tricks around. Much like his name suggests, this dragon is a creepy little rat of a Coatl and he fits right in with the lowest of the lowlifes, living off of the advancements of others. Riding on coattails and stealing from others' success is a specialty of his. He's slimy and devious, so naturally he ended up in on Artemisia and Adhara's mastermind plot to take over their old clan - his shriveled little feelings would have been hurt beyond repair, otherwise. Though when it didn't work out, that was no problem either and he was all for going sightseeing in a part of the world he'd never been to. All on their dime, of course. New places = new dragons and beastfolk alike = new suckers to scam.

When in between clans after their annoying arses have been run out due to theft, scams and other such petty crimes (Generally just being downright unpleasant and stupid to put up with any longer), Ratway and his horrible Chimera familiar, Cylo, scrape a living in the gutters with rigged magic shows that the audience is forced to shell out for. Once a crowd is drawn by a few meager wows, the Cylo (and perhaps a couple of thugs Ratway has dooped into helping) looms ominously in the background, hissing and growling at any onlooker that tries to skirt away until the show is over. The audience members are never exactly sure when it starts, but eventually ever trick starts to cost and they don't have much choice but to be obliged to open their purses to the skeevy little scum ball.
