Veyda

Veyda is a dragon skilled in magic, she studied feverishly in the Starfall Isles her entire life. Considered to be a prodigy, Veyda was given a position as an esteemed intern for those who work closest to the Arcanist. After accidentally stumbling across some rather devious information about the validity of her employers Veyda fled the Isles, running into the harsh winters of the Southern Icefeilds, where she met Heratic. Entranced by the Tundra's knowledge and unending calm Veyda followed Heratic right out of the Icefeilds and into the Ocean, eventually ending up in the Ashfall Waste, from there they made a trek though the Shifting Expanse and eventually made it to Light territory. Veyda has since traded the carefree brilliance she once knew for a life of anxiety and worry, using magic rarely, fearful that her past will find her and do away with her as it pleases. Veyda has not lost her thirst for knowledge however and pours her time into the vast library under Moonray, while not as large as the Arcane library she grew up with Veyda makes due with her surroundings. As the first dragon to follow Heratic Veyda is devoted and some would say she treats the Tundra like a prophet...

Years after her escape from Arcane a devastating tragedy shakes the Starfall Isle, little information about the massive blowup is known as the Arcanist has done his best to cover it up. Veyda knows just what had happened however and is now more paranoid then ever about her fate. She went completely off the deep end after Starling; a strange mutated dragon shows up in Moonray looking for Veyda. The strange dragon holds sinister secrets to Veydas past and she wants answers.
