Ouranos

THE ROCK COLLECTOR

Place of Origin: Cloudscrape Crags
Backstory: Ouranos grew up within the tall and desolate slopes of the Cloudscrape Crags, though he never seemed to mind the cold. Ouranos took a strong interest in the rocks and minerals that made up his home. His interest soon became an obsession his parents deemed unhealthy, though he never seemed bothered by their constant admonishments. Once he scoured his homeland, collecting samples of every type of rock he could find, he decided to move on and find newer minerals across Sornieth.

Travels and Tricks: Ouranos travels across Sornieth brought him to the Tangled Wood, where he came across a mischievous Nocturne. After Ouranos's inquiry about the different rocks to be found around the forest, the nocturne burst into laughter and told him that they were to be found all around him. Cackling madly, the nocturne flew off as Ouranos looked down and realized that rocks were indeed growing all around him- all over his chest and head in fact. Rather than being angry however, Ouranos was delighted - now he could be absolutely sure that some of his collection would always be with him.

Settling Down: Ouranos eventually ended his travels within the last place he had left undiscovered - the Viridian Labyrinth. He came across the mirror Winona while digging around for new rocks, and Winona decided to invite him into the clan as a digger. She allowed him to keep a sample of any new rock he found, so long as he gave the rest to the clan.
