If ever a hatchling fit the description of 'happy-go-lucky,' it was Japheth. He bounded around the keep, attempting to be helpful and mostly being a nuisance. Vakhtang eventually asked Japheth to help him with his kingly duties, both to get him out of the hair of the more ill tempered clan members and because he actually enjoyed having the cheerful ball of fluff around.
