The eldest and first Plague dragon that resides in the Den, Abaddon was kept in isolation for most of his young life. This was ordered by Hilde to ensure the safety of her clan - to prevent any disease outbreaks. Den healers and mages worked relentlessly to find a way to repress his dangerous lineage.

As time went on he became more and more convinced that he was a monster; an abomination that must be stopped. It was Linna who snapped him out of this way of thinking, "the Shade is our only enemy," she would say. This reinvigorated his will, as well as growing increasingly bored of waiting he started research of his own alongside the healers who visited him so often. He was the one to find a solution; a "vaccine" he calls them, refusing to share his findings.

He lovingly gives this vaccine to each and every one of his children, as his way of protecting them from the unseen dangers and allows him to get close without worry.
